This is to certify that we have procured PVC structured mdia model FB 10.27 for application in Anaerobic digestor for a prestigious project at DuPont PX-PTA plant in Taiwan. The media quantity procure was over 6000cum. The plant is running efficiently since then and we have not received any complaints of deterioration of media and have not encountered any problem since commissioning in December, 1998.

This is to certify that M/s. ENVIRO CONTROL ASSOCIATES, Surat has executed the work of 120 MLD (Avg Flow) and 144 MLD (Max Flow) capacity Water Treatment Plant at Katargam for Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat. The plant was completed within a scheduled time limit and commissioned from the month of June-’97. The treatment plant includes Parshall Flume, Flash Mixer, Lamella Clarifier with PVC Tube Modules of Munter’s Germany Make, Rapid Gravity Sand Filters and Chlorination Systems.

The plant is designed for the inlet turbidity of 2000 NTU and outlet turbidity of 0.5 NTU.

The Water Treatment Plant was executed at a cost of Rs.889.00 Lacs on Turnkey basis which includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Interconnecting Piping & Instrumentation Works including Erection, Testing and commissioning of the plant.

This is to certify that M/s MM Aqua Technologies Ltd has supplied PVC structured media for application in Bio-tower for biological treatment of combined waste water effluent from Mono-ethylene-glycol plants at our Hazia complex. The quantity of media installed in the Bio-tower is 1200 cum. This Bio-tower is commissioned in 1995 and is performing to the design parameters from the time of first commissioning.

We have not encountered any problem related for performance e.g. BOD reduction, media choking or cracking since installation.

TEC-002-NTPL-MEC-018 dated 23.06.2011.
