The Operation and Maintenance team comprises of well experienced, result oriented and Customer friendly Managers, Engineers and Technicians who carry out the Operation and Maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently on a 24×7 basis. Our team ensures that the treated effluent meets the norms of the Pollution Control Board and the requirements of the customer and also be eco-friendly.

As part of the continual improvement, we focus mainly on training programs of our engineers and technicians and are given site-specific training programs so as to meet the customer’s need apart from regular training programs which include refresher courses, soft skill development courses and personality development courses. They are also evaluated periodically based on their performance and behavioural conduct in order to enhance their abilities.
