Our story began in 1989, when we were established aS Munters India Ltd, in Technical and Financila collaboration with Munters Euroform GmbH, West Germany Munters Euroform is a wholly owned subsidiary of AB Carl Munters, Sweden , the Swedish innovating company started by the technical genius, Carl Munters. On july 7 1997, we took a big step forward.. and established our independence as MM Aqua Technologies Ltd.

The change name notwithstanding, the long standing tradition of high technical proficiency and customer satisfaction continues to be in focus. The MM Aqua factory is an imposing 2700 square meter , state-of-the-art factory on a well-landscaped, seven acre stretch of land in Gurgoan, Haryana .

MM AQUA operates under the guidance of the Chairman Mr. Madan Mohan Mohanka along with seven Directors eminent in various fields With 34 Years of vast experience in the field of water and wastewater treatment, cooling tower business. We are always committed to give Eco friendly solutions. Our aim is to provide solution with Optimum Energy, Minimum Chemical Usage and Maximum Re Claim as well as lower Carbon Foot Print. We provide after sales support, with fully dedicated team spread across the country, by having local service stations with centralized inventory for spares & consumables

MM AQUA, provides a complete solution to all your queries and worries regarding Cooling Tower, Water and Waste water treatment. We offer complete gamut of technologies, project management and engineering solutions covered under one roof with our products namely PVC Structured Fill Media, BIOdek, TUBEdek, Drift Eliminators, Mist Eliminators, etc. which gives a complete effluent treatment.

Mr. Madan Mohanka Chairman & Whole-time Director

Madan Mohan Mohanka is the Chairman and Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in science (engineering) from Ranchi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation.


Mr. Mehul Mohanka Managing Director & Group CEO

Mehul Mohanka is the Managing Director and Group CEO of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Further, he completed an advanced management program from Harvard Business School. He is associated with the Indian Chamber of Commerce as President. He is associated with the Mining and Construction Equipment Division of Confederation of Indian Industry as the Chairman and is the Co-chair of the National Committee on Mining of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He was also the chairman of the West - Bengal State Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has been associated with the Company since almost two decades and has been instrumental in diverse functions of the Company, such as sales and operations


Mr. Raj Kumar Dutta Director of MM Aqua

Mr. Raj Kumar Dutta is the Director of MM Aqua Technologies Limited. He has a techno commercial professional backed up by Engineering and Management degree & diploma from Jadavpur and Calcutta University and at the same time undertaken different professional trainings from the leading institutions like ISM-Dhanbad and IIM-A respectively. And he is highly passionate about sports specially Cricket and Football in personal life.
With 41 years of working experience in the industry and out of those 38 years association with MM Group of Companies ( Tega Industries Ltd, Hosch Equipment's India Ltd, Maple Orgitech India Ltd and now MM Aqua Technologies Ltd) he has developed a unique prospective and skillset which he is eager to share with like-minded individuals for mutual benefit and growth. His goal is to inspire and share knowledge and at the same time learn from others for updating himself.

Under his leadership, MM Aqua continued the journey of growth and success together, guided by the values he upholds. At MM Aqua, he believes in the power of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. He is committed to creating a culture that empowers our team members to grow, learn, and thrive.

His mission is to enhance industry knowledge by organizing the sharing of experiences from experts around the world.
