SOLID CONTACT CLARIFIER EXPRESS - SCC X

Our Solids Contact Clarifier -Xpress *, also known in short as SCC-X* integrates the HRSCC with our own tube settler technology, incorporating a circular clarifier with scraper mechanism.

The SCC-X* brings you the advantages of both the systems, while overcoming the inherent limitations of the HRSCC as well as the Lamella Plate Settlers.
Techno-commercial principle of HRSCC augmented with our Munters design, hexagonal chevron shaped tube settlers in the clarification zone. Sedimentation facility with integrated coagulation and flocculation. Simplified yet efficient scraper mechanism. New age radial launder design to mitigate increased clarified water outlet flow. Longer close contact with previously formed flocs, which act as mother flocs. Larger/denser flocs. Higher rise rate. Overall reduction in Capex. Backward compatibility with minimal modifications in civil structure for enhancing existing project efficiency.

THE SCC - X ADVANTAGE

  • Space saving technology
  • No additional land required
  • No Civil construction required (little repairing in existing civil may be required)
  • Only 25% of total investment is required to enhance the required capacity compared to setting up of new plant
  • Savings in OPEx
  • Less load in downstream
  • Our WRAS certified tube settler is suitable for drinking water application and this treated water is safe for human consumption
  • Faster execution (within 4 months)
  • Ease in retro fitment leads to lesser shutdown period

THE SCC - X APPLICATION

  • Green field water treatment plants with space constraints.
  • In drinking water treatment plants, fitted with MM Aqua WRAS Certified Tube Settler.
  • Projects requiring revamping of clarifiers, clariflocculators and similar equipment's
  • In plants requiring capacity enhancement. Capacity can be enhanced with minimal to no civil cost.
  • Used in both primary and secondary processes
  • In various treatment plants including iron and steel industries, food and dairy industries, textile industries and various sewage, water and effluent treatment plants.
