MMA NC20 FILL

The Trickle Grid Fill is popular for field-erected or package counter flow cooling towers. It can also be used in crossflow towers. The trickle grid fill (Non-glued assembly fill) has been specially designed for medium to strongly polluted cooling water, the focus of the development is on high stability as well as on easy and economical installation. The grid packings are high-performance fills that provide an optimized pressure drop. Clog-resistant trickle fill is constructed of polypropylene sheets mechanically assembled without the use of adhesives to form blocks of cooling media. The surface microstructure facilitates air/water mixing and increases the surface cooling area.

This fill is ideal for counter flow applications with very dirty water and can accommodate hot water temperatures up to 80° C. For power, refining, chemical, steel, and food processing applications where water quality is poor. It is suitable for cooling waters with higher contents of suspended solids, and oils and a high potential for scale build-up.

Turbo splash fill is very suitable fill for brackish water quality and ambient prone to algae growth and thus leading to clogging of fill. Turbo splash fill has baffle approximately 50mm wide apart and thus do not clog. Splash actions makes the fill self cleaning and thus provide longer life.
