H – Nozzle

MM Aqua H-nozzle is an efficient, non- cooling nozzle designed specifically for all counter flow tower application. This design provides excellent flow characteristics and a very uniform spry pattern, enhancing the cooling tower thermal performance. H nozzle is available in 7 different orifices to meet varied design demand of water flow. Colour coding system allows for easy identification of the correct orifice size, From 0.75”to 1.5” . 2” collar of the nozzle is using nut bolt to make it fool proof fastening to branch distribution pipes. Threads between to nozzle to collar facilitate smooth removal during cleaning and maintenance operation. Nozzle performs best between pressure ranges of 1 to 1.5 PSI.

MM AQUA – NP – 30 Nozzle

MM Aqua provides NP-30 nozzles for uniform distribution of wastewater over bio-tower/trickling filter. The excellent internal re-distribution of the flow within the BIOdek modules allows the application of a water distribution system using fixed nozzles. The fixed nozzle system can be adapted to any regular shaped media plan, including the circular trickling filters and is ideally suited for the square or rectangular tanks.

NP 30 Nozzle also provides up-flow distribution. Up-flow distribution regulates the flow and reduces the falling water velocity-an important criterion in wastewater distribution.

MM Aqua’s NP 30 fixed nozzle is a simple alternative to rotary distributors and is specially shaped to achieve:
