MM AQUA - C10.12 Film Fill Media:

MM Aqua make PVC film fills C10.12 i.e 12 mm flute size and high density film media designed for cooling of HVAC and process cooling waters. Fill media provides higher wetted surface area of 243m2/m3. Fill media designed by MUNTERS with HVT (High Velocity Tip) and AT (Alternative Tips) system to reduce the pressure drop caused by thickening and widening of water film at high water load and high face velocity at inlet air at bottom edge of fill. The surface of the fill has an engineered microstructure to improve heat transfer. MM AQUA C10.12 fills are available with thickness 0.175 mm to 0.25 mm with single & double edge fold, this gives strength to the fill against erosion and due to this fill don't get damaged easily. MM AQUA C10.12 fill generally used for clean water with TSS up to <20 ppm.

The fill media manufactured from virgin PVC UV protected as per CTI STD 136 2010.

MM AQUA - C10.19 Film Fill Media

MM Aqua make PVC film fills C10.19 i.e 19 mm flute size high-density film media designed for cooling of power plant, petrochemical, refinery, steel plant and other process cooling waters. Fill media provides higher wetted surface area of 148m2/m3. The surface of the fill has an engineered microstructure to improve heat transfer. MM AQUA C10.19 fills are available with thickness of 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm with mandatory double edge folding. MM AQUA C10.19 fill generally used for clean water with TSS up to <80 ppm.

MM AQUA - VF 10.19 Film Fill Media

MM AQUA - C10.25 & C10.27 Film Fill Media:

  • C10.25 & C10.27 is a high efficiency; cross corrugated angular flute film fills with extremely low fouling potential designed for installation in heavy industrial counterflow induced draft or natural draft cooling towers.
  • The fill packs are constructed from individual sheets of UV protected polyvinylchloride formulated for cooling tower applications and in compliance with CTI STD 136 2010.
  • The fill packs will operate satisfactorily in continuous operating temperatures of 55°C or less. The surface of the fill has an engineered microstructure to improve heat transfer. The individual sheets are strategically bonded together at "GLUE FITTED". The final assembly results in a staggered pattern of flutes to form a structurally sound honeycomb pattern.
  • MM AQUA make C10.25 & C10.27 designed for raw river & sea water applications where TSS levels 200 ppm (if bacterial activity is low), makeup is from uncontaminated sources, water treatment includes good to fair biological & scale control, there are minimal airborne contaminants and oils or greases in the system are limited to 1 ppm.
  • MM AQUA develop and tested thermal performance curve for a maximum fill height of 2.1 meter in multilayer fill height for both C10.25 & C10.27.
  • MM AQUA make C10.25 & C10.27 generally manufacture with thickness of 0.30 mm to 0.45 mm with mandatory double edge folding.

VFO - 20 Offset vertical Fill leverages a precision offset flute design that provides continuous water redistribution, eliminating channeling and maximizing surface wetting for superior heat-transfer performance. The staggered pathway creates controlled turbulence at low pressure drop, while disrupting stagnant zones that typically encourage biological fouling. Combined with our micro-textured, CTI-136 compliant glue-fitted construction, this durability for industrial counter-flow cooling towers.
