MM Aqua make PVC film fills C10.12 i.e 12 mm flute size and high density film media designed for cooling of HVAC and process cooling waters. Fill media provides higher wetted surface area of 243m2/m3. Fill media designed by MUNTERS with HVT (High Velocity Tip) and AT (Alternative Tips) system to reduce the pressure drop caused by thickening and widening of water film at high water load and high face velocity at inlet air at bottom edge of fill. The surface of the fill has an engineered microstructure to improve heat transfer. MM AQUA C10.12 fills are available with thickness 0.175 mm to 0.25 mm with single & double edge fold, this gives strength to the fill against erosion and due to this fill don't get damaged easily. MM AQUA C10.12 fill generally used for clean water with TSS up to <20 ppm.
The fill media manufactured from virgin PVC UV protected as per CTI STD 136 2010.

Fill media provides higher wetted surface area of 148m2/m3. The surface of the fill has an engineered microstructure to improve heat transfer. MM AQUA C10.19 fills are available with thickness of 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm with mandatory double edge folding. MM AQUA C10.19 fill generally used for clean water with TSS up to <80 ppm.
